Orders placed after 12PM GMT will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM GMT on Friday will ship out Monday.
We've selected Sendle as our preferred shipping partner. All Sendle deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. If you selected Express shipping, your order will be sent with Aus Post as Sendle does not offer an Express shipping option. **In some instances, we will ship with Aus Post if shipping times are more favourable [may apply to rural areas in Australia].
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note that all delivery dates are only estimates provided from our shipping carriers. On rare occasions, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

Domestic Orders - Express:
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping will take 1 to 4 business days for metro areas and up to 6 business days for regional areas. Domestic Orders - Standard:
In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities are within 2-3 days.
Orders outside of metro areas may be shipped using an alternate shipping provider to reduce delivery timeframes.
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
