RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

LussoVerde offers returns on full priced items for Australian and International customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Any returns requested after 14 days will be issued a return in the form of a store credit.

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please ensure that all item(s) are in original packaging, unworn & unwashed with tags still attached. LussoVerde reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email that your item was received and we have begun the return process. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you need an alternate size or colour, simply place a second order and return your original item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

FAULTY ITEM

We pride ourselves in our quality of products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Please send an email to info@LussoVerde.com and describe in detail the item fault as well as include a photo showcasing the issue.
